1Dnyanvilas College of Engineering (DVCOE) is registered under SGMSPM Trust (Registration Number: Maha/1478/2017, dated 12/01/2017), established in the year 2017 and is AICTE approved and affiliated to DBATU, Lonere.
2Every student is required to register before the term/semester begins. Student needs to bring the registration fee form along with the college fees receipt and other relevant documents at the time of registration. Registration forms without college fees receipt will not be accepted for registration.
3By using this site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
4Each item on this website is the sole property of the respective manufacturers. We do not hold any responsibility for the accuracy of products/services displayed on the site.
5We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of this website or any linked site.

Procedure for Payment of Fees/ Registration Fees

Fees can be paid through Credit Card/ Debit Card (Visa/ Mastercard) or Net Banking facility.
Students should log in to their accounts → Navigate to the "Payments" section → Select the fee type → Make payment.
Once payment is successfully made, generate the Fee Receipt from the portal and submit a copy to the Accounts Department.
Card Security: Do not share your CVV number or OTP with anyone. The institution will not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions.
Transaction Approval: After submitting the transaction, it may take 1-2 business days for approval. Please check your payment status on the portal before contacting the Accounts Department.

Privacy Policy

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, and Net Banking via ICICI Merchant Services.
All online transactions are routed through ICICI Bank's secure payment gateway using SSL encryption.
All credit card/debit card payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
The institution will not be responsible for any credit/debit card fraud. The liability for fraud lies with the cardholder.
Court of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Pune, Maharashtra.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
Refund requests must follow DTE Maharashtra guidelines and the institution's published refund policy.
Fee refund after cancellation of admission will be processed as per Shikshan Shulka Samiti (Fee Regulating Authority) norms.
Processing fee charged at the time of admission is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fee is non-refundable.
Fees refund for cancellation of admission shall be as per the rules mentioned in the DTE Maharashtra Information Handbook.
All online transaction/processing fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

I accept the Terms and Conditions
A processing fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged for online fee payment, which is non-refundable.
In case of failed or pending transactions, the amount will be refunded to the source account within 7-10 working days.
Students admitted under any scholarship category must first pay the full fees and then claim reimbursement as per government norms.
Fee payment confirmation is valid only after verification by the Accounts Department and issuance of an institutional receipt.
Any discrepancy in payment must be reported to the Accounts Department within 48 hours of the transaction.
